Zhejiang Zhongcai Stationery Manufacturing Co., Ltd, was established in 1996. We are a major color marker pen manufacturer in China with a significant production capacity. We currently operate two manufacturing plants, Wenzhou Fuda Stationery Co., Ltd. (20,000m²) in Wenzhou and Zhejiang ZhongCai Stationery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (70,000m²) in Lishui, and employ approximately 600 people. Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art production equipment, including 130 major injection machines, 76 printing machines, 60 auto-assembly lines, 13 packing lines, and more. Our annual output exceeded 1,000 million pens, equating to a daily capacity of over 3 million pens or 4*40’HQ (68cbm/40’HQ).

We are dedicated to offering a diverse range of high-quality color markers, including but not limited to art markers, acrylic paint markers, metallic markers, watercolor pens, fine liner pens, highlighters, permanent markers, and whiteboard markers. With a strong commitment to research and development, we refresh our product portfolio at a rapid pace - 20% of the existing 120 different products are new. Moreover, all our products meet the safety standards of CPSIA, ASTM, TRA/F963 in the U.S., as well as EN71, BS7272, and REACH in Europe.

We are dedicated to producing fine-quality color marker pens with a wide selection of environmentally friendly materials that enabled substantial growth in the past decades. By enhancing the quality control measures and providing excellent customer service, we won the honors of"Chinese Pen Making Brand"and"National Quality Trustworthy Brand". Q1: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A1: We are a pen manufacturer! Our factory has more than 25 years of  production experience in writing and drawing instruments. Customers can be rest-assured that the prices we offer are first-handed.
 

Q2: Can we print our logo on the products?
A2: Surely you can. Besides logo printing, OEM/ODM orders are all welcomed.
 

Q3: Can we have samples for visual inspection?
A3: Of course, you can. We will send you pre-production samples for quality testing via freight collected.        
 

Q4: What certificates do you have for your products, and what certificate does your company have?
A4: Our products conform to Phthalates Free test / EN71-1,2,3,9-11 Test, ASTM D-4236 & F963 test, CPSIA, CA DROP 65 test, BS7272-1 ,2 test, TRA and LHAMA test. Our company has BSCI certificate. 
 

Q5: How long is your company's products shelf life?
A5: 2 years at least.
 

Q6: Does your company attend any exhibition?
A6: Yes, we have been attending the China Import and Export Fair for more than 15 years. We attend some exhibitions in foreign countires too.
