Quality Case - Resolving Blister-Pack Mismatch for US Customer
A rare blister-card sealing defect occurred during packaging for a US client order. After on-site verification with the production team and material supplier, we confirmed the root cause: the blister card had been upgraded from 350g to 600g while the blister film thickness remained unchanged, causing weak sealing and corner gaps.
Corrective actions: new thicker blister film sampled and verified on-machine; existing thin film reassigned to compatible orders; US order switched to upgraded material for safe production.
Principle: All quality risks are resolved within the factory. We never pass potential defects to global partners.
