Inside Z-Colors Precision Engineering on Our Fixture‑Plate Assembly Line
2026-08-27
Engineered for Precision: The Fixture‑Plate Assembly Method
In the production of liquid-ink acrylic markers, internal alignment is critical.
A fraction of a millimeter difference in regulator placement can impact ink flow, opacity, and shelf life.
To guarantee absolute consistency across millions of units, Z-Colors implemented the Fixture‑Plate Manual Assembly Line.
Key Manufacturing Advantages:
Accurate Component Seating: Every barrel, valve, and nib housing is positioned into custom-machined fixture plates, eliminating human error in component alignment.
Enhanced Airtight Sealing: Structured clamping ensures optimal pressure during barrel closure, effectively preventing drying out and transit leakage.
Comprehensive In-Line Quality Inspection: By pairing dedicated tooling with skilled operators, every marker undergoes visual and functional checks prior to final packaging.
